designing a custom banner online using flash.

I run a banner digital printing company. I need to build a user interface using flash on my website. This involves say I am the customer, I want a banner printed with least time waste. I go in this website where I can design my banner using the tools provided on the website. This is something similar to online dressing games for kids stuff. Once I design it I should be able to save my banner and send it over the server to the printing company.
The printing company should be able to view my banner.
I had some luck with designing the interface with tools for designing the banner. But I am not able to figure out how to save my art work on the server and send it over.

I will appreciate if some one helps me with this. I know how to use flash software. I had 4 to 5 years experience working on it. So I will be able to understand and come back on your posts.
