Except for the fact that it doesn't validate, and it's so Flash-heavy (which was to be expected, being that it's one of your sites

), I think the site looks fantastic. Very nice work on that. I can't really make any suggestions, except for you to do what you can to validate it properly.

May I suggest downloading the HTML Validator extension for Firefox? It's been a lifesaver for me recently, especially since it will automatically tell you if any page is valid, even if it's a password-protected page (which you can't validate using W3C's online validator), and since it automatically points out the errors when you view the source of the page.

The only Flash on the site is in intro splash and the little State Wide in the upper left.

Sure, let me try out this HTML Validation tool for Firefox. I imagine it will be quite handy... and I assume you spotted a few errors on the site?

Iframe because I hate using frames, and we did not want to have the State Wide flash and ads being reloaded when each page is visited. Iframes keep it all consistent.

Nevermind. I looked at it yesterday with my Firefox at home, and thought your menu was all Flash as well. Now that I look at it today with my browser at work (where I have FlashBlock installed), I see that you're right - it's just your ad and your front page. That's not bad. It's definitely tolerable that way.

A few. Also, the nice thing about the HTML Validator plugin is that it catches minor placement errors, etc. as well that a lot of other validators won't (if you start a form inside of a div, but don't end the form until after you've ended the div, etc.). It was obviously written by someone that doesn't speak English natively, though, so it's sometimes slightly difficult to understand their explanation of your errors and the possible solutions.
