I guess cleaning up the layout would be the first I would do. There are too many options on a single website. Just look at Google, a simple text field and that is it.

I would have to agree with Till. As soon as I opened the page I got overwhelmed with buttons, checkboxes, links, etc. Try to see if you can clean up the layout. See something to clear up the "clutter"
