URGENT Domain name help
We coown www.vxonline.co.uk a car forum and we are buying it outright but the domain is registered to the other owner,

Now we have been advised to use nominet because thats the only way to officially get the registration changed over...

But the owner wants to go to Reg-123

What is the correct proceedure.. please help asap
