How high is maximum keyword density please? I've been told 6-9% is ideal. Does this change if there is more text?

30% is the maximum..it depends on how many words are part.

9% Keyword density is good enough. friendly advice put your keyword in the first middle and last part of your article or blog. it will be useful and search engines will find it relevant.

names and numbers make it very confusing. instead try this:

use dense keywords (90%+) in page title tags, main headings...etc

then just leave the content nice and natural, maybe just a little bit denser than standard text. this way your site is very accessible - search engines and human users can understand content at a glance by reading well densely-worded titles and headings, and they can still read the main content smoothly without it seeming a bit "stuffed" or wordy

Isn't 30% quite high?? I think 6-9% works fine.
