If you site is still indexed by Google you can be happy. I looked a bit closer and I was shocked. So stop blaming Google if your site is not properly optimized.

lol web - what kind of site is that - its shoes then appears you buy them from china?

with a complicated site you probably have lots of repeated content on each page also? this doesn't help. best to keep the design simple and the unique content ample. literally have thousands of well-written and well-marked up words on each page. then google with index you even without a single inlink.

next make sure your site has something really cool and useful that people will want to link to
