It is also a shame to see bright new folks not understanding the field in which they work. It is one thing to be ambitious and competitive - it is quite another to be outright delusional about what you can accomplish. Success is often created by knowing where to start, and how to scale, and which battles will be lost before they are ever fought. A smart general (or SEO) never fights a battle unless they KNOW they can win. This post is intended to be a guide to understanding the fight that takes place for every single search result, and how to know which battles have acceptable odds based on the competition.
That's true coz at the end of the day it's the conversions that matter.

Google looks at over 100 factors when ranking a page for a term.
Content, terms, links coming in, links going out and so on.

As far as your list of items considered spam, I do believe some of them are short term effects, but if used effectively, most of the mentioned "Spam" techniques are quite handy..

Anything that deals with automation for SEO - is a godsend.

Reality about SEO

SEO calls for a systematic and methodic process. People adopting any short-cuts to attain improved traffic will suffer in the long run as Google will certainly spot any misdeeds you committed sooner rather than later. Following a systematic and methodic process leads to an increase in traffic that is both natural and sutainable. As far as performing SEO is concerned, seeking the service of a reputed SEO service providing firm such as buywisemarketing[dot]com will ensure excellent search engine placements for your website.

Thanks,
Denny.
