Put style to frameset splitter.

Dear Frend
I have a frameset
<FRAMESET ROWS="10.5%,90.5% ">
<FRAME class="frame1" TITLE="Service Desk Express Navigator" SRC="header.htm" frameborder=0 noresize="noresize" scrolling="no">
<FRAMESET COLS="20%,80% ">
<FRAME class="frame2" TITLE="Service Desk Express Navigator" SRC="navigation.htm" frameborder=0>
<FRAME class="frame2" TITLE="Service Desk Express Navigator" SRC="content.htm" frameborder=0>
</FRAMESET>
</FRAMESET>

i want to set style to frameset splitter.
can i do that . pls advise
i jsut want to put image to it in middle of splitter.
i am sure it must be possible. pls advise.
