Frame document in Dreamweaver

Recently I got this problem with a frame document in Dreamweaver.

Instead of showing the frame document with frameset etc (on which I click) it opens a file called Untitled Frame 2. In there it has a reference "remote file:http://www.website.net" (which is referenced in the frame document). The frame document is not called Untitled Fame 2.

Dreamweaver does not do it all the time, but when it happens I have problems updating the file. Does anyone know why this is?
