Create Email of Web Page

Hello

1st time here, great site!

I feel this is a dumb question. The task I am about to ask about I have done using browsers & mail clients many times except this time I have to do it using an html file I am about to build and send off for others to manage.

I run a design company and usually I can access my customers mail client and host server. in this instance I cannot due to their tight security. I have to send web (html , css, image, etc) files to their host company and then their in house uploads. then, when i want to send the eversion of same page to client for send out from their mail client, they are not literate enough for me to explain to them what needs to be done to send out the html file with a starting link that reads if you are having trouble viewing this page click here, which will them boot a browser and have the web version of same open for review.

The goal is that my customer wants to send out e-invitations to an event in an email.

Here are my questions (additional comments also welcome):

1) what different script should i include in the html file ready to send to her for sending out an email? ive tested a few ways and all i get back is either all the script or the html file, what am i doing wrong?
2) how should i physically send her the file? as an attachment? I want to ensure it does not open on her.
3) where should I put the comment at top of intended e-invitation that advises recipients if they are having difficulty viewing they should "click here", in the html file itself or in body of email? if in body of email, how do i have her do that if she does not want to be bothered with it? How can I do that and get it over to her? again, this link would point to the broweser version of the same file and the "click here" would have the underlying URL.

I know I could creae this all for her and she could then just set up a forward then remove the fwd from subject but it would have the other fwd identiers in the body, not good.

Im just a little lost

thanks
wayne

I'm not 100% sure what you're asking in #1 and #3. However, as for #2, you should attempt to send the file in a ZIP archive, provided their security will allow ZIP files through their email.
