border problem - for me anyway :)

hello. i would like to add a border to surround my entire page with rounded corners. i have made 4 corner images. you can see them sitting above the logo/banner. how do i get them to attach to the border?

lol. i have contacted United Media. it cost me $20 (with the strip linking to dilbert.com).

fyi - in ie - your right menu headers "appear" to be off...
