I'm not sure exactly what you mean when you say it's "not functioning".

Can you show us screenshots of what it looks like when it's working properly, and what it looks like when it's not working, so that we know what we're looking for?

well besides the pop ups that are now comming from the page, I think gilgalbiblewhee is talking about the overlapping white on the brown background on the top right of the page, below the SQL.

Here's a .png file. Notice the second iFrame opens automatically as I select from the dropdown above. But the first one is selected but the iFrame doesn't open. I'll post the IE version next posting.
