With a transparent background

Hi all,

I would like to make a table or a div with a transparent background. The solution found does work only with FireFox using a png image. The second one works with IE and FireFox but make the text inside the div be transparent.

Is anyone know how to manage to make a table with a transparent background without making the text inside the table being transparent ?

If you don't apply any style, it's transparent by default.
