Exclamation Windows XP - Yellow Bar

i cant remember what it's called
but every time i try to view my web page, i keep getting a yellow bar across the top of my browser, and it says that my page contains 'blocked content' making me have to click on it to allow my content. The only thing that seems to be making this happen are my mouseeover and mouseout tags...

any help?

Does this happen when it's on your computer or when you're online? I know that my site gets the yellow bar, but that's only when I'm running it from my hard drive; whereas when I look at it online, I don't receive the bar.

It sounds to me like you've got your security settings set too tightly within IE. If you are unable to click "Always allow (content) from this site" and make it work that way, then I would look into other possibilities. I found, on one of the computers at my office, that, even though I had IE's pop-up blocker turned off, the Yahoo! toolbar that someone had installed was still blocking the pop-ups. I ended up having to disable it as well.

Anyway - I'm curious what type of content is being blocked. I don't know whether IE gives you specifics on that sort of thing or not. If it does (it might say that javascript was blocked, or active scripting or something along those lines), then you will know where to look in your security settings to get it stop blocking the content.
