Arrow HTML form in an email

I want to send an HTML form in an email. Have the person who recieved the email fill out the form and hit the submit button. When the submit button is pressed the form info will then come back to the server and insert that info into an Access database by using ASP. Does anyone know how I might go about this?

Hi,

This is how I would do it:
1. Make the html form with the asp processing page after you click submit.
2.Test, once happy with results move to 3.
3. Make an html mail msg with the same exact code as in 1.
4. Test

Voila! It should work like a champ. This is the same technique that the spammers out there use.

Hope that helps,
Allen
