A Good Batch HTML File Updater

I stumbled across a webpage yesterday and it was talking about their free product which batch updates HTML or other kinds of files. Like you enter in the text to be replaced and it then the text to replaced the other text and point it to the right directory.

I belive that the tool was called something like Simple Site something. It was also version 3.2, the last version that they would be coming up with.
I have combed my temp internet files, but still nothing. Can you help me with identifing this program, I'm sure many of you have used it before.

I don't know what the specific program you are looking for is, but I know that CuteHTML allows you to open multiple files (I've had over a hundred open at one time), and then Search and Replace through all of the files at once. It does it extremely quickly, too.
