Content that Responds to the time marker on a RealMedia video

I need some suggestions to achieve the effect that they have at: http://www.harvest.org under the "sermons" link in the bottom left corner of the page. This link opens a window with a table that on the left cell has the embeded Real Media player and on the right cell there is content that changes as the timeline changes in the movie on its left. How are they producing this change in right cell from what position the movie is in?

I don't think you can set cue points and change HTML according to it. Maybe try FLASH for that kind of thing...
