Picture as a Cursor

hi, I have a website that I want to have a picture for the cursor or arrow. Could someone plz provide me with the HTML Code if there is one, thanks.

this should help Custom Cursors for Your Web Pages it doesn't work in Netscape 7.2 but does work in Internet Explorer
