Flash MX & photoshop 7

What do you guys think of Flash MX, and what do you think about the upcoming release of photoshop 7? I heard good reviews about photoshop 7, can't wait to try it out..

Flash MX review

FLASH 5 = FLASH MX

We have a review up and running (click the link). Most people that I talked to about it are absolutely stunned and call it the best there is. I haven't tried it myself yet, supposedly it's a lot easier to work with and you get "what you want" faster.

As for Photoshop 7, I haven't heard anything about it yet. Maybe someone else can comment. I for myself am still struggling with Photoshop 6. I liked version 5 a lot and I didn't really like how they are "hiding" all the features in 6. I think they changed the menu structure a lot and since I don't use it a lot, I didn't get quite used to it - yet.

Yeah, i definitley liked 5 more then 6. Actually 5.5 was my favorite. We'll see how 7 goes.

I with you. I'm so glad I got to try Photoshop 6 at my work instead of purchasing it for my home...I would have been VERY disappointed. PS 5.5 is still what I use.

Is it? I thought 5 was latest. Hrm, why the heck did they go from a version # to a codename.

Nate, did you use Flash MX yet?

I have not yet used MX, but I did use Flash 5 last summer at my job. Flash is pretty cool (the actionscript implementation in Flash 5 rocks)...I wish I had the time and funds to learn more about it.

I use Flash MX on a daily basis and I must say that it is awesome. The learning curve is kind of high, but if you use it daily for a few weeks, you should be able to get the hang of it. The Flash Communications Server is what I am working with now, you should all check that out, it is really cool.
