Hello from Liza at Women Make Movies!

Hey Everyone,

I'm the Online Marketing and Outreach Coordinator at Women Make Movies - the leading non-profit distributor of independent films made by and about women, mostly documentaries. Our films regularly win Sundance and Academy Awards - our website happens to be the heart of our organization.

Our website functions as our catalogue; it consists mostly of database created pages, but as well as separate HTML written pages. I was recently given the responsibility to manage all updating to our website...I have minimal experience in HTML and design, but a natural excitement for it, so it has all been very cool and a great learning experience!

There are different things I'd like to do to improve our website and I'm hoping this will be a good place to ask for help. I'm very excited to speak with all of you - if I can be a source of info as well, I will do my best to do so!
