embedding movies 1 by 1 in flash player for my website

Hi,

I need help.

I have 5 mpeg movies listed as thumbnails. Once a visitor to my website clicks on any one thumbnail, then it should load the related movie in flash player. It should have the controls to play stop or rewind / fast forward. If the other thumbnail is clicked then the player should load that movie clip.

Please help.
