Flash loads html, html (into flash) links to another html inside flash, or to a popup

Hi to all,

I have just sign in. I would like to apologise first for my english.
Then I would like to share with you my problem that i try to solve the past 2 days and it drives me to madness.
I have created a swf that has a loader inside and it loads a html page.
The html page has a link ( a href=......) that calls another html.
The PROBLEM :
Can I load the 2nd html into the place of 1st, without reloading the whole browser's page? (target="..." does not work because every browser sees only 1 frame).
Javascript to popup: the popup stops by the flash player of any browser and send me to change the settings of the browser's flash player in order to see it. Not good!

Have you got any idea?

about iframe an html page inside flash i think u have to save the pages in php then will work to load the page in the iframe without reloading the hale page
i had tested it and work
