browser resizing

i am looking for code or script that will automatically resize everything on a webpage to the users screen resolution. any one know if this even exists? where does it go in the html? does it work on all browsers? please help!

I think it would be easier to use CSS - using em's or % values.

Yes, CSS is the answer. Don't go looking for the scripts or php programs or the like because the anti-trojan programs installed on your website viewers computers might assume your pages contain some problems and stop the loading.
