Changing the default filename IE uses for PDF's?

I know this is a somewhat bizarre question, but I thought I'd ask it just to see if anyone has any ideas.

First of all, you should know that I have Adobe Acrobat Professional installed on my computer. I use Adobe PDF as my printer quite often when printing pages off of the web.

Now, onto my question and a description of my problem.

Is there any way to change the default name that IE uses when you print a page as a PDF? For some reason, IE uses the filename of the file you are printing. In other words, if I were to print "index.html", IE would set "index.pdf" as the default filename for that file. However, if I were to print that same file in Firefox or Opera, it would set the default filename as whatever the title of the document is (you know, whatever is set between the <title> and </title> tags at the head of the document). I would like to figure out a way to make IE behave this way.

The reason I'm asking - unfortunately, IE is the only browser I've found that prints my headers correctly. I have a file set up that dynamically generates a table. The first 5 or 6 rows of that table are a header for the document. If the table spans over more than one page, I have it set up so that IE repeats those rows at the beginning of each page. However, I can't get that code to work in any other browser. So, when I print my tables, I have to print them with IE. Unfortunately, IE always wants me to call my pages "PumpReport.pdf" rather than giving them the dynamic filename that would normally be generated from the title of the page (which, in this case, is usually something like "Pump and Haul Report 2006-02-01 - 2006-02-28").

Any suggestions?
