How to make URL using suscom isp

I have AOL and they host my pictures I use for Ebay. My friend has SUSCOM for her service provider. Can anyone tell me if suscom will host your url's and if so just how do I go about it? First time here I hope this is an appropriate question. It would help me a lot to find out how.

never heard of suscom - maybe you should check their page and see?

i think you can create full web site using aol's web space...

OK Thank you. Yes AOL offers web space I was just wondering about suscom trying to help a friend. Suscom is a cable service provider in Maine and may not be their actual isp. I need to ask more questions it seems. thanks for the fast reply...Gene
