cross-browser compatibility

hey, i'm pretty new to this web-design stuff, and I'm having a problem I need help with.

I've designed a site with lots of images (both .gif and .jpg). on my browser, viewing my site is absolutely fine, but when I try and view it through other computers, none of the images work.

How can I rectify this????

Thanks!
