I am looking for a piece of software that will help me create web based apps easily and with minor coding. I currently use dreamweaver and many of its extension to the job but I am looking for an alternative. Something similar to Oracle Forms, Access, or even Visual Basic. Here are the features I am looking for
1 Something that has a stage with the drag and drop feature of adding text box, drop down, buttoms , etc and the components stay in place without any tables or css.
2. Something that will allow me to connect to DBs and manipulate without much coding. Preferably with wizards.
3. The back end language could be php, asp, asp.net or java.
