I'm a newbie and need help.
I'm converting MPEG videos to SWF or FLVs and would like to play them on my website. I know how to add these as regular flash movies, but I'd like something a little more user friendly for the website visitors. For instance, I'd like to have a movie clip that would be playable by hitting player control buttons -- but without a new popup playing the movie -- something like what you would find at

Preferrably, I'd like to have the video waiting on the first frame and play when the "play button" is pressed, and stop, pause, etc.... I've been all over the internet looking for an embedded player such as this, but can't seem to come up with anything simple. I don't know much about Flash -- only that I have converted some MPEGs to Flash videos (which is preferrable since I want to avoid the choices between Windows Media, Quicktime, and Real Player).
