Off hand I don't know of any good ones. I've used ones in the past to extract some things, but not to actually decompile something.
I paid for a website to be designed for my friends band, the guy did it in flash, but only gave me some of the FLA files. The other just SWF. I'm not really good with flash anyway, so I'm not sure what I'd have done anyway.
